Warehouse & Shipping Workers are Standing Up to ICE

Warehouse and Shipping workers are standing up to the cruel and inhumane ICE raids and operations that Trump and the billionaires are waging against our immigrant communities. This is an effort led by workers coast to coast who make this country move – from Amazon and UPS to trucking, rail, and docks. We call on our brothers and sisters in the industry to join us by signing on to our petition and spreading it to those around you.

Now is a critical time to act and organize against the lawless attempts by ICE to tear apart our communities, and the bosses and politicians behind them that want to pit workers against each other.

Below is our petition and our launch video, as well as a poster and flyers to print. These are tools to help share at work, put up in your union hall, or anywhere you can reach your people. We can do this with you, but not without you!

We reject ICE raids in our warehouse, in our communities, and everywhere. The Trump administration is waging an all-out war on our immigrant communities and all working people. These operations are growing more violent and lawless, picking up hard-working immigrants off the job, far from their claims of only deporting “dangerous criminals.” Federal agents recently mounted military-style raids in Los Angeles – targeting day laborers, garment workers, farmers, and more. The Trump administration has promised to expand these operations across the U.S.

They are now even profiling people and have arrested several U.S. citizens for “walking while Brown”! After the people stood up to ICE raids, Trump illegally deployed 4,000 national guardsmen and 700 Marines to LA to suppress peaceful protesters. They want to rampage through our communities and want to crush any resistance to them. We won’t stand for that.

These are not just attacks on immigrants but attacks on all workers. The Trump administration has used the spectacle of raids to instill fear among immigrant workers and to distract us from who is really causing the problems in our country – the billionaires. While ICE is snatching up our immigrant coworkers and neighbors, the billionaires are pushing a federal budget that guts Medicaid and SNAP while feeding trillions of dollars to the rich, arms manufacturers, and ICE.

Our enemies aren’t our immigrant co-workers and neighbors – it’s corporate America robbing us blind. They want to divide us against each other, just like they do on the job, to keep us powerless. The only minority hurting America are the billionaires.

All across the country people are fighting back. We call on warehouse and shipping workers across the country to sign the pledge to stand up against the violent, racist attacks on immigrant workers and families!

Stop the raids! Stop the discrimination!

End the attacks on free speech and protest! ICE, National Guard, and Marines out of our communities!
